Since 2009, Shiloh has been involved in real property valuation services in Colorado & Wyoming.

He began working for McCarty Land & Water Valuation, Inc. while pursuing his Bachelor's & Master's Degree in Integrated Resource Management from Colorado State University in Fort Collins.

​

Working with Kevin McCarty has given him the opportunity to pull from his experiences growing up on the farm and ranch while expanding his expertise to other geographic locations and property types across Colorado and Southeast Wyoming.

Shiloh now lives in Eagle, Colorado with his wife, and has his own business, Altitude Land Company, LLC. He continues to work with McCarty land & Water primarily on a contractor basis. He is also currently working on getting his real estate brokers license so that he can fully incorporate ranch and land asset management services into his business.

Shiloh is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) and has extensive education and experience in rural, transitional, recreational, and natural resource properties.
