McCarty Land & Water Valuation makes every attempt to meet the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Each appraiser keeps current on USPAP education, helping us to keep abreast of any changes to these standards.

Treasury Regulations:

The conservation easement assignments conducted by our company are based on applicable Treasury Regulations (1.170A). We go to great lengths to adhere to these regulations and to prepare reports that clearly show how we have met the regulations. 

Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (Yellow Book):

Kevin McCarty has used the Yellow Book extensively due to years of condemnation appraisal and conservation easement work.
