Kevin McCarty purchased the company in 1995 from his former boss, then branched off from his former partner in 1999 to form McCarty Land & Water Valuation.

Kevin has 33 years of appraisal experience along with a Master's of Science in Resource Geography from Oregon State University. His educational background and experience give him a unique perspective on natural resource valuation issues in the modern west. Complex land and water right valuation issues can challenge even the most talented appraisers. Kevin and his staff have the abilities and insight to meet those challenges.
