Delaney is a Colorado Certified General Appraiser. She grew up in southern California, and spent her summers in Routt County near Hayden, Colorado. Her family has been in the Colorado & Wyoming sheep industry since the 1930s, and the Colorado big game hunting industry since the 1970s. She moved full time to Colorado in 2012 to attend CSU and now lives in Erie with her husband and son.

 

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business from Colorado State University in 2017. Delaney is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA). She began her training in June 2017 with McCarty Land & Water, after her graduation from CSU in May 2017. She received her Certified General Appraiser license in 2023.
