Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (Yellow Book):   Kevin McCarty has used the Yellow Book extensively due to years of condemnation appraisal work. This made for an easy transition when the NRCS started requiring UASFLA to be met on projects where they were providing funding. In 2006, both Kevin and Erin completed formal UASFLA training.
